This notice explains how Dynamotive Auto Services (DAS) handles information submitted through DASdenver.com.

Information you provide

When you request a quote, appointment, or other help, we collect your name, email, phone number, service ZIP code, vehicle information, preferred date, and message. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in the form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, estimate work, arrange service, and maintain service records. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or authorize repairs. We confirm the details with you separately.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in our employee workspace and are accessible to approved DAS staff. We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare to host, store, and protect the website. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes a copy of your request for delivery to our business inbox. These providers process information to operate their services. Replies to notifications are addressed to the email you supplied.

Cookies and security

The website and its providers may use cookies or similar storage for security, spam prevention, and employee sign-in. Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled on a form, processes technical information about your browser and device to check for automated submissions. We have not added advertising pixels or marketing analytics to this website. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary storage may affect sign-in or other features.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry and service information as needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business purposes. We do not use this request form to enroll you in marketing messages.
